Tree Description A large flat round apple, red flush over a green skin. Cooks to a sweet, lemon coloured puree. Keeps well. Vigorous, spreading tree.
Comments Suggested by RP & CS. A very old French variety possibly the same as the 13th. century De Rouviau.
